Career & Job Changes Workshop
Purpose
This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to step back and review career or job change implications and possibilities. It includes exploring attitudes and behaviours that create possibilities and planning and organising an integrated approach to new opportunities.
Outcome
At the end of this workshop participants will have:
- A real understanding of where they are in their career and expectations for the future
- A set of tools for planning, organising, communicating and tracking progress in new directions
- Insights into the needs and expectations of employers in uncertain times
- Immediate access to a network of professionals who can enable their progress
- A series of options for additional support as required
Structure
The workshop agenda includes:
- Understanding fully my current situation
- Establishing my compass bearing – knowing where I am heading
- Planning – exploring routes that could move me in the right direction
- Principles of successful change – theory and practices that enable habit shifts
- Organising and communicating (connecting my message to an employer’s need)
- Planning next steps and future support needs
Location
The workshops are run at various locations in London
The workshops are also available as outplacement programmes for businesses seeking to support staff redundancies and/or career changes
